At Tia Maria's, we have designed our menu to be compatible with the American culture, but have maintained ingredients and recipes that are 100% Mexican. We commit ourselves to spending whatever time is necessary to prepare all of the dishes with just the right blend of spices and sauces until they have reached the perfect flavor. Our goal at Tia Maria's is, of course, that you enjoy our food. Our hope is that in every bite, you will taste our heritage and culture. Since there are so many delightful recipes that we would like to share with you, we also offer a different "Special" each week which features one of the many unique tastes from various regions of Mexico. Some of the specials have become so popular they are now part of our regular menu.
