"The best little neighborhood spot in the Skokie area. Eating at Violet's is like eating at home... only better because she is cooking and I am not. The best soups, chicken paprikash, sauteed fish and veal (not together) anywhere. And... you can't beat the price. Violet can cook for me anytime."
